A natural-born entrepreneur with a passion for pallets, Brian got his start in the pallet industry in 1993 and founded his first pallet company in 1996. Brian’s intense focus on customer service, his talent for solving logistical challenges, and his proven leadership are the reasons he is regarded by many as among the very best in the pallet business.
A.J. is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Foxhole Equity, a private investment firm based in Greater Cincinnati with interests in both operating businesses and real estate. A.J. serves as the Operating Partner for Professional Pallets. In addition, A.J. is the Managing Member of Tufco Flooring and Culture Index Cincinnati. A.J. earned his J.D from the University of Kentucky College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Thomas More University’s James Graham Brown Honors Program as a St. Thomas More Fellow. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in. Economics and History. A.J. has served a multitude of nonprofit and civic organizations, both regionally and nationally. He is presently a Trustee on the fiduciary Boards of St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Thomas More University.
Jeff is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Foxhole Equity. He is also the Operating Partner for Diatom Aviation and the CEO of Tufco Flooring. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Chiquita for 19 years, where he held a variety of positions including Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Responsibility Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Communications. Jeff earned his MBA with distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate, and graduated summa cum laude from Thomas More University. Jeff has an abiding love of sustainability and served for 15 years on the Board of BSR, a global not-for-profit organization working with business to create a just and sustainable world.
Drew Myers is an entrepreneur, investor, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran based in Cincinnati. He is Managing Director of Foxhole Equity and co-founder of brightSTAR Communities, Professional Pallets, and Diatom Capital, where he focuses on building durable businesses and strong leadership teams.

Drew began his entrepreneurial career by founding RecruitMilitary in 1998, growing it into a national leader in veteran recruitment before selling the company in 2013. He previously served as Vice President at Perot Investments and held senior sales and business development roles.

A former Marine Corps captain, Drew served as a platoon commander, artillery executive officer, and aide-de-camp to Brigadier General Ron Christmas. He earned the Navy Achievement Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, and membership in the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara.

Active in philanthropy, Drew and his wife Kim support veterans, young adults, and entrepreneurs through the Myers Family Charitable Fund. He is also a member of Tiger 21. Drew holds a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from Xavier University.

Jim Schwab, the newly appointed Chairman, brings a wealth of experience and expertise that aligns perfectly with Professional Pallets’ steadfast commitment to long-term success. Jim Schwab’s extensive experience in the pallet industry is invaluable. Prior to his current role at CrimStone Partners (a Dallas-based Private Equity firm), Mr. Schwab served as President & CEO of Pallet Logistics of America (PLA), a manufacturer and recycler of wooden pallets and packaging, serving the South Central United States. He also held the position of Director/Shareholder at PLA and was deeply involved in its growth and success.

Mr. Schwab’s remarkable journey is complemented by his academic achievements. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the United States Naval Academy, where he learned the values of discipline, leadership, and dedication to service. He further enhanced his strategic and business acumen by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.
