Drew Myers is an entrepreneur, investor, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran based in Cincinnati. He is Managing Director of Foxhole Equity and co-founder of brightSTAR Communities, Professional Pallets, and Diatom Capital, where he focuses on building durable businesses and strong leadership teams.
Drew began his entrepreneurial career by founding RecruitMilitary in 1998, growing it into a national leader in veteran recruitment before selling the company in 2013. He previously served as Vice President at Perot Investments and held senior sales and business development roles.
A former Marine Corps captain, Drew served as a platoon commander, artillery executive officer, and aide-de-camp to Brigadier General Ron Christmas. He earned the Navy Achievement Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, and membership in the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara.
Active in philanthropy, Drew and his wife Kim support veterans, young adults, and entrepreneurs through the Myers Family Charitable Fund. He is also a member of Tiger 21. Drew holds a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from Xavier University.
